Secondly, he will be a religious person like imam as well as a political person because he will lead the prayer and Hazrat Esa (AS) will perform prayer after him. Its mean only a religious person can do like this. Yes, his performance will based on jihad and politics according to that time.

If Mahadi is an important person then why there is no mention of mahadi in major 10 sign. But according to ibn majha (4039) "there is no mahadi except Isa(a.s) " So mahadi and Isa(a.s) is a same person.
