Since 1990s-2000s Nicholas has come as one of the first and world class hoteliers in Vietnam who is endlessly contributing his solid knowledge to enhance our hospitality industry. I still remember my internship at Victoria Sapa in 2005, people kept talking about Nicholas in a admiring voice even he had moved to the South. It is of great luck to be a part of his team as the way he desires to succeed will always motivate us to a higher level. Like the questions anh Khanh raised in this podcast that help us understand more about his skills to intergrade the culture differences between the Western and Asian hospitality life, between the North of Vietnam and the South, to the Indochina. Beautiful!

A Remarkable Video. I like the title when you said that's it's good to start from the bottom. Young people at this time was hallucinated by social media that they have to become something big, must have a record and succeed by a certain age or a certain time of their life. They often forget that we - people must start somewhere, from an apprentice to a GM is a long way. I hope from the story of Mr. Nicolas, i can write my own
