We arrive at our last campsite on our Denmark tour, Urban Gardens Ieper (Ypres), formally known as Camping Jeugdstadion. We visit St. Martins Cathedral and St Georges Memorial Church. We walk the city walls, enjoy the cafe lifestyle and remembrance with the Last Post at Menin Gate in Ypres.

I think of my Grandfather every time I see this. He was shot and lost a lung in the first world war at only 16 years old. I hope such bravery from all of those people who fought/fight for our freedom will never be forgotten.

Great vlog folks x I was there marching through the Menin gate as a cadet around 38 years ago 😮 a truly humbling experience so that brought back lots of memories and the last post always gives me goosebumps and that pipe band did the same pure awesomeness ❤ enjoyed that thank you 🙏 x JP

I know you managed in the end to get Poppy to have a pill with some cheese, but in my experience wrapping it in some pate works every time - dogs generally lap it up thinking it's a treat!
