My favourite island too.....will be back next month. My advice is if you really need to book somewhere to stay, just book for a night or two. If you don't like it just move on. Been to Ko Lanta probably 20 times or more.....never booked anywhere. So easy to get accommodation. Enjoy this wonderful place ❤

@@danny_and_diggy It was OK thanks. Corfu Town and Paleokastritsa are beautiful but felt a lot of the island is run down and a bit unkempt. I happened to come across a video of you both in Skiathos. Did you enjoy it? I think once Thailand gets into your blood it is hard to get it out of your system. Problem is it is such a long flight. I am rationing myself and trying to visit other places in Europe 🤣🤣. Next trip will be Vienna in July 🙃.

@@danny_and_diggy Good luck with the live show. Having watched a number of vloggers doing a live Q&A my thoughts are they can drag on a bit. I think you need to be really organised with your camera etc and just skip any dodgy questions. Diggy, you can keep talking and pad it out if you feel it is maybe not going to plan 😉. The worst thing for a viewer is when the vlogger says nothing for ages because he/she is fiddling with his camera/laptop etc 🤣🤣 Just be yourselves and am sure it will be fine. Which day is this happening on?🤔

คนขับรถเขาขับเส้นทางนี้เป็นประจำครับบางคันอาจจะทำรอบและทำเวลาเพื่อที่จะเข้าวินรับผู้โดยสารในรอบถัดไปเรื่องความเร็วแบบนี้ถือเป็นเรื่องปกติแต่ถ้าขับรถเร็วและหวาดเสียวจนทำให้ผู้โดยสารรู้สึกไม่ปลอดภัยก็สามารถร้องเรียนไปยังต้นสังกัดของบริษัทที่ให้บริการรถโดยสารที่เรานั่งไปได้เลยครับบางทีคนขับเขาอาจจะไม่รู้ตัวคือขับด้วยความเร็วที่ตัวเองขับอยู่เป็นประจำ

Yes, the busses are crazy. I took a bus from Bangkok to Chiang Mai. The bus was in the fast lane. We all were holding on. But I've heard stories about the speed of the buses and accidents. The company owns the buses. They drive Thai style. 🚌 💨💨💨💨

Mini-vans and small buses that zoom from cities to beaches and various places have a history of fiery crashes. I avoid them.

Yes we would but unfortunatelly there is only 1 way to get to Koh lanta 😉 we always choose train over bus 😊 flight was not an option for us at that time but still we would have to fly to Krabi and then take a bus or mini van 😉

Bus on a boat? That's new to me. You can complain to the company. Usually, their hotline number is on the bus as well as the bus number for identification. "Kap Cha Cha Na Ka"

You can file a speeding complaint with the bus company you use, but have to accept the consequences that nothing may change. If you don't think too much, it will save the lives of other passengers. Although many public drivers in Thailand are known to use high speed and personal emotions, some also use stimulants. Don't ask about law enforcement in a country with one of the highest road fatalities in the world.
