Louis. If you want to see some obscure Jazz/Funk instrumental fusion, go to the 55 Bar on 55 Christopher st @ &th Avenue in West Greenwich village. About 3 nights a week they have gigs like this. Other days it's Blues. Welcome to my home town!

I think those strange fragrances in the shop are used for theatre. A lot of places, or shows that want to create more immersive experiences, use scents like that to appeal to the sense of smell, in the same way they use aesthetics for sight, sound effects for hearing, etc.

Go to the top of the Rockefeller Plaza at night you see New York from above. Its better than going up empire state cos u can actually see the empire state in the skyline. Its only $20 and it wud b amazing with the GoPro
