I told ya you can run the tp 4070 on it. 👍Just make sure you either run qs8 connectors or castle 8mm bullets. I think some of the issues that people were having were because of the connectors. The other thing is you want to use some good ass batteries because that XLX2 is a power hungry beast. I only run SMC’s on my XLX2’s. I have not had an issue yet. Close call on the crash, nice save.
Yeah the new XLX2’s are no joke. Let’s just say I put my 2 XLX’s aside for now and have been replaced with XLX2’s. Give them some bad ass batteries and hold on my man. Gets my adrenaline goin every time. Love that shit
Looking good I was shocked my 4070 on a xlx 4s tast past went 102 mph it’s crazy I want to try the xlx2 but was waiting for the issues to get solved good pass my speed monster bumper keeps bending my chassis so I switched to basherqueen carbon ✌️✌️
Appreciate that and it sure is a strong esc and so far I heard issue is fixed with d wind motors and I believe if I hit concrete it would of bent luckily it was dirt
Looking at the 2200cm4070 just want to know what to expect on 6s and 8s.. not chasing speed runs, just want to have powerful fun and still be 100mph capable that it.
Youre gonna have plenty of power, but let it cool after a couple passes. The tp loses efficiency through heat, and the metal rotor retains it. If just ripping, check the spectrum 2050kv that comes in felony and fire team. On 4 and 6s, you can run a pack thru, or gear to the moon. Motor doesn't care and spectrum 150a esc is perfect for it. I've got a couple, and my build is well over 100, and not to top gearing yet.
