Thank you, i understand aerodynamics so the back wing being flat was a given but it never occurred to me to remove the back of the body. I left the front ones on because my rear is all aluminum and I haven't finished the aluminum splitter to counter the rear wieght. I used velcro on the sides for holding the body and its worked very well. I am having a hard time going over 90 not because the power isn't there its just scary. I put a lot of work into my car and I've already experienced a crash and the car does hold up well but i got lucky, if there was a curb or a tree in the way it would be over. Setup 1 800kv SSS 29T spool 45T pinion Setup 2 1450kv XK-4082 29T spool 34T pinion I really appreciate the information and hopefully i can convince myself to go past 70% throttle on setup 1, set 2 is stupid and I haven't used it again since the crash.

About the body bowing out at speed. I made a custom piece that backs up the bottom edge of the body of my Slash that I velcro the body to. It does the same thing as taping, but is cleaner. You have a 3D printer, so you could whip something up that does the same job so you don't have to use tape anymore. Just a thought.
FLOPACK RC on my xlx the no voltage cutoff I understand that you leave it on that when doing a speedrun but if I making a couple runs up and down what the best recommendation I leave it on ?

Wish all pros like you share info instead of telling lies ...i just got mine, i wanna run the same 140 mph...which spur/ pinion should i use.?..i am running the TP 4070 75.000 rev with the mamba XLX...and a 6S graphene 100 C batery.. I dont want to take the risk of burning the esc or the motor....i left the 34 pinion and a put in a 34 spur....is that a good combo for 140 mph ?i also have the 29 T spur...which ones should i use ?also which wheels should i use ? Grps will hold this speed or better go for the brs foams ? Thks bro...

I use the limitless body thats trimmed at the back so it fits perfectly👍also i use the stock wing from the limitless body but you can buy much better quality wings online that will improve handling, weight, speed and overall performance. and i would only use small weights at the front to start with and work from there!
@@flopackrc5452 Thank you so much for your feedback! $130 aint bad for the Graphine 6S 6000mAh 75C. Before getting your feedback I almost bought the Spektrum Smart 6S 5000mAh 100C they want $160. Spektrum claims it has 'Maximum Continuous Discharge of 100C' which now I question.
Cutting the back out was wrong advice. Whoever told you that was wrong. the part you cut is needed to put just enough pressure at the rear to keep the rear planted. Look at other videos out with the Limitless is doing 140+ mph. the back end is still in tact. I'm sure you heard of Phillip Jolly, right?
I just checked your channel I haven't seen any runs over 125 I've done 164 with a slash on 8s and 163 with 1/8 scale GT car and 149 with the Limitless on 6s not 8s and 160mph on 6s in slash ..I think I got this

You seem like a knowledgeable person to ask.. typhon v4 6s stretched or limitless for speed running and some parking lot bashing. 100mph goal on speed runs and half throttle passes on parking lots. What would you suggest Many thanks
