Felicity always gets mad when Oliver holds secrets but she holds her own. Oliver always forgives her but she gets so dramatic with him. Couples especially if married take each other for better or worse. Not walk out and leave like Felicity does and finds a Barry , Billy or another billionaire. Oliver tries to protect her which is his instinct and she knows it. Given time he always listens to her and asks her forgiveness. With William he was between a rock and a hard place. He wanted to tell Felicity and should have. Finding out you have a son you didn't know about really messes with your decision making. He would have told Felicity when he got his mind together.
