He was built through the seasons, I don't think any other HUMAN could play The Green Arrow as good as him, Respect.

Love this character. No superpowers, no guns and no exaggerated violance. Just a sick as* man with a raw and real character.

I love Heros that don't have superpower because it makes us ( the people who watch the show or movie) to be like "I can make a change on my own"

This show and this guy are the main reasons that I started working out 8 years ago. I am a healthy and strong man because of them. I just can say thanks arrow and thanks Stephen.

Fun fact, in the work out scenes, it was actually him. He worked his arse off to stay in top physical condition, and as such, for things like the salmon ladder, rope climbing etc, he did it all himself

This show is the reason I started actually taking care of my health.

I watched this every single day for a couple years. Been a year or two since I've watched it. I went from 260lbs all fat down to 190 and probably gained 30-40lbs of muscle. Love this show. It motivates me so much. I weigh 220 now. Still a bit fat but more muscle than ever before

Stephen was and still is my motivation and my goal is to get to where he did in terms of physical training

I think I'm addicted to this video now, I always watch it to get motivated and to feel like I'm powerful and there's nothing impossible for me

I like it that it does not only show us scenes to prove how strong and awesome he is, but also scenes of failure, showing that he is human and he'll grow

Stephen has inspired me a lot to workout earlier I used to lift heavy weights now I concentrate more on bodyweight more like him.

I'm going to miss Stephen Amell and Arrow so much, what an amazing show and actor.

Stephen Amell is the reason they call it the Arrowverse instead of the DCTV Universe. I also love that he reached out to Tom Welling to pay respect and honor for the groundwork he laid in the CW as Clark Kent in Smallville. Many of your favorite actors from various shows including Supernatural, The Vampire Diaries, Arrow, etc got their start on that show and that show proved how successful comic book tv series can be. Looking forward to whatever we see him in next!
