Kingsley Coman? Wow! That'd be great. Arsene Wenger tried to get him in the past. But I think Kingsley Coman coming in on loan would be great for us. He's 28, pretty experienced (though with an awful history of injuries), can play on both wings, and yeah, has tons of Champions League experience.
I really think we should prioritise getting Viktor Gyokeres on board and great right winger to relieve Saka whom we literally played into the ground last season with out any relief. The current players are doing great, Jesus, Kai, Martineli and Trossad but that front line really needs some more depth.
Coman on a loan would make sense for all involved. We fill a whole with a quality player, Bayern get him up to speed again , and we can put the focus on a CM and a striker.
@@BeforeThisNovember I don’t really consider Bayern our rival at this point. And I don’t really care if he improves them again or not, my point was only that it would probably make sense for all parties as a temporary solution.
What I want to know is why we have been constantly told we couldn't sign Zubimendi because he doesn't want to leave Sociedad, yet it looks like Liverpool are about to sign him. We've gone for Merino because it was the cheaper option and easier to get done imo. Why does everything seem to be made complicated when it comes to us getting transfers done? Other clubs identify their targets, and get the deals done, or move on. We seem unprepared this window not gonna lie.
Been saying that for years, our negotiation team needs the sack. No other big club dilly-dallies over transfers the way we do, and you wonder why so many of our transfers get hijacked.

The key to the Merino deal is Kai Havertz. Don't forget he is Arteta's love child and must be found a role in the first team. If Arsenal do bring in a Central Striker then that must put Havertz' place in the first team in jeopardy. Now notice that Arteta has started Havertz in a midfield role in both the Liverpool and Leverkusen games, and by all accounts he has performed well. Could it be that the slowdown in the Merino deal is while Arteta is assessing Havertz for the midfield slot? It's starting to look that way to me, and I'm beginning to think the Merino transfer won't go ahead. The interesting thing about this though is that it makes it more likely that Arteta will bring in a new Central Striker. Perhaps that is why we've not moved yet on a Central Striker signing until Kai Havertz role is decided going forward.
If Kingsley Coman is available on Loan then it’s 100% a no brainer. If he stays fit & has a good season we look to keep him, if he gets injured & it doesn’t work then he goes back
Arteta and Edu think they know everything but in reality the are very naive !! The first thing they should do was to buy a proper goal scoring no 9, instead they bought a defender , what can I say .

I don't think Kinsley Coman is bad at all, he is an experience player . With his experience and cleverness on the ball, we can win big games this coming season.
Euros ended 3 weeks ago we're still yet to submit bid for Merino Accepting that Nketiah is average and should leave is taking us ages we should be lucky enough that RDZ is even considering Eddie Nketiah yet we're holding on to him as if he's our all time top scorer
It seems any player that Arsenal are interested in is a good player. Coman is injury prone already - best left alone. We have enough injury prone players already. Tomiyasu, Partey, Zinny, Timber etc.
this summer window arsenal has been really annoying in their transfer business..the last 2 summer window have been great..everything been fast & decisive
I don't think it was fast. Just early. If you remember the Rice deal was being spoken about for a few weeks before it was announced. I would love to know what we actually do behind closed doors when it's claimed we are doing business.
If we fail to sign Merino then you have to to criticise Edu, same if we don't get a striker and head into the season with Nketiah as one of our strikers
Why do we go for player's that have complications to the transfer like Calafiori's sell on fee drama and now Merino owed money the club would've known about these from the start, go after straight forward deals that can completed quickly we don't have forever to wait, the PL starts next week
Im in Portugal and watched the Supercup between Sporting and Porto. 7 goals and Gyokeres not on the scoresheet even though he assisted 2. He didnt impress me that much. Dont think we will sign a striker now.
Take Coman on loan for a season see how he gets on injury wise. Edu and Arteta can potentially look at making an offer this time next year if it all works.

If we don't replace Xhaka it won't matter how many forwards or defenders we sign..I get the feeling that the powers that be at arsenal don't fully realise this ..,,it's frustrating...it should have been the priority..not buying our 78th left back..I feel we need Merino or similar a lot..the only scenario that would change it would be that Thomas was fit all season..not likely
Patience people. You don't know whats going on behind the scenes. Just be calm. There could be many little things that need to be ironed out before any further progress can be made. I don't see Zubimendi going to Liverpool because that man has no intention of playing in England.

Arsenal has been so woeful with our transfers. Nothing heard about Mikel Merino and Victor Gyokeres. Do we need another winger? If we are going buy a winger on the right to cover for Saka and that's Coman. It's vital for our right wing to cover for Saka and we can buy Coman.

The striker links... but truth be told, I am growing confident with Kai Havertz... he has that presence in the box that he will score. i dont know how to explain it, but there are those players who just look like they WILL score. thats why i aint into Eddie, no matter how much he huffs and puffs, it will be 5 goals a season.

I'd stay well clear of coman for me it's either gyokeres and have jesus as the backup to saka or sane and have jesus and havertz as the 2 9's that way we have 2 goalscorer in the front 3 department 👌👌👌 for the fans it's very simple but seems like we're gonna be 1 short again if we don't get a move on still need a midfielder too
We need Coman and Osimhen because that combination would make us win a cup because that’s what we need now not just winning games and not having any quality show for it at end of the season.
