that's tekken 8 in a nutshell, the game really rewards hyper aggression it looks like arslan has adapted better to that than Knee has so far, though this was 2 months ago
Remember this is a pre release version of a new game that is focused on offensive aggression. It's going to take a while before the defensive options are fully grasped!!! We all striving for death combos right now
Because he is cheesiing them with the stance and it looks like she have some good high crush. Most likely laughing cause they dont know how to deal with it and her running 3 2 , Its cheese strat but works. I would be laughing too lmfao
Stop it!!!! All what characters? How many tournaments has he won in T7 without Zaf? And how many has Knee won ? And almost never with the same character!!!! If he would stay with a Mishima he would have a lot more Victories !! That's my only gripe with the man, plays matchups over best character but they all solid in his hands! Can't say that about no other player
@@screwuse9032 I don’t think he meant it on an unfair way. Just that they are pretty cool characters. They are, but they have weaknesses too. King’s been grabbing people out of crazy positions since Tekken 2. So people need to chill on acting like any character is unfair by Tekken standards.
That's the smile of a man who knows he's going to dominate the whole scene again. These combos in T8 are beautiful, and punishing. See you all out there!
The only one I can see beating him is knee remember this is scary for these two known tekken to already have a grasp of the characters in this game and its gonna be even scarier when the game is a month out
Not really a psycho smile, is that he is now dad, and everything seems to be going fine for him, and so that stamps a smile easily on his face. Currently he is in a mental state that he can't be beaten. Whoever tries to challenge him will get kicked in the Ars...
That's terrifying how easily he smoked Knee 😅 People like to say that Arslan is the T7 GOAT but Knee is Tekken GOAT, to me it looks like Arslan will be even deadlier in T8.
@@vishal2996 LOL , love spotting these indian noobs crying and burning every time in the comment section 🤣, They can't seem to digest the simple reality that a Pakistani can actually be the top Tekken player, yet they can't resist the urge to witness sheer greatness.
Before Arslan ASH, the majority of Pakistanis and Indians were not aware of Tekken, but now I assure you at least 30% of Pakistanis and Indians know Arslan Ash and watching regularly Tekken tournaments, we are proud of Arslan Ash. He is the great Tekken Player of all time.
Nah bro most of the people in Pakistan play Tekken even if they don't know arslan ash is. I used to play tekken back in 2011,2012 when it wasn't even a thing in the subcontinent and even back then there were tons of players in my areas who were on next level
Azucena is not overpowered I think. I played her in the CBT and she seemed fine. I think Knee just didn't know the matchup well enough yet. Arslan used that well. And of course also his skill.
I've been saying this since the CBT. She's a new character, it doesn't matter how good you are, if you don't know the matchup than you don't know the matchup.
Azucena is fine. I played her in the CBT. Most of her launchers are punishable and many strings don't track side. Its the first tourney of the game. Even pros just didn't know how to deal with her and Arsalan capitalized on that and had fun.
You just have not played the game. At least its not +17 on block like Jin's dive kick with a 17f stagger and a move that costs 19f to do giving you only 2f in middle to react between its spamming. In contrast to Tekken 7, the move looks broken but when you try other Tekken 8 characters, you'll realize they gave most of the top tiers similar crazy tools much more powerful than this. +4 is nothing. Try Jin and Jun.@@exiledhebrew1994
The best of the best right here!!!! No one else is close!!!!! I got Arslan in the best of three tournament setting. But in Death Match I got knee against anybody playing with anybody!!!!! , meaning same rank same points ,Knee will prevail. Knee will be promoted and his opponent will be risking demotion if he don't get up out there!! No one will survive Knee in A death Match setting
How is this game more difficult than tekken 7? They’ve nerfed movement and the skill gap of back dash canceling, nerfed rage arts, and added chip damage. If anything they’ve made it easier for beginners to jump in and play… this probably requires less match time than any recent tekken game as it’s very much “in your face”.
@@kekwku7602brub do you even know the whole stop believing what Twitter threads say to you do your freaking home work as knee should have done on azucena
@@exiledhebrew1994 I didn't mention that specific move bro there is no way azucena can't be defeated they needed to research and learn about her some i believe than knee would have done better and would Have eliminated her somehow before losing
@zajinra I saw the first time he played azucena when he was streaming it after uprising in the CBT version and that was the first time she was accesable. His combos and mixups are still exactly the same and it didnt have any improvements at all. If he really played the cracked version, then her azucena combos and mixups should have look at least way sharper and more effective. There was plenty of times he didnt know how to extend a combo and he was dropping it. But he still outplayed his oppenents and thats a fact
@@kekwku7602nope. Also it seems you are forgetting that Arslan has dominated Knee before with nerf season 2 Kazumi with a score of 5-0(has no round brown). Arslan dominating Knee like this should not be a surprise.
