If you set fires, you are no longer a protester but a criminal; an arsonist is a criminal and cannot be considered a protestor. That isn’t the way lots of people interpret it, but that is the way I see it. BLM is staring themselves in the chest by aligning themselves with the looters and arsonists. Only the first few hours after George Floyd died was this a protest. The immediate family was holding signs in a fixed place. I have been vilified by those who think police brutality against blacks, which is a very real thing, justifies unlawful acts. In Kenosha, EVERYONE involved was a criminal. They were all defying the curfew. The vigilantes were not lawfully allowed to enforce the law and at least one of them was underage for carrying the kind of weapon he had and now he has two murder charges against him. The rioters, any rioters, are wrong. However, one thing must be kept in mind. Even normally law abiding people can get caught up in an emotional situation like a protest that turns violent and do things they would never have even considered doing otherwise. The way to tell the difference between them and the real thugs is the thugs brought the means to break into businesses and to set fire with them. The former will regret that they got involved. The latter will revel in it. Yet, I am a bleeding heart liberal.

Global warming has contributed to some of the severely dry conditions. Lightning strikes have caused some, an possibly a piece of reflective debris may have caused some as well. But yeah, there are crazy people out starting some of those fires. This firebug was caught in the act. This guy seemed like a total wacko. Seems like one person starts a fire, then plenty of others start copycatting to do the same. And then some have been caused by people who are just plain careless. It's nuts.

Global warming makes these fires nearly impossible to catch once big. You know how i know ? I do it for a living lol.
