Art Deco Hotel | The Sims 4 Speed Build 

I would love to see a Vacation expansion pack, would be a great way to introduce Hotels, can take your sims and Family on a Vacation and stay in a hotel or can go on a honeymoon. Can build actual working hotel lots. Could add so many new gameplay mechanics to the game with new objects and stuff.

I can just imagine Poirot and Captain Hastings strolling around solving a grizzly murder!

That black-and-white penthouse is GORGEOUS and SO Art Deco. I so hope that someday they do bring hotels to the Sims 4, if only so this lot can be used for its perfect purpose.

Thank you for taking the views into account. After meeting with the clients, architects do a site survey, which includes this. It drives me bananas how many Maxis builds completely ignore the potential views, by putting up a blank wall facing the best view. I always go into my builds, and "sit" in the furniture, to make sure my Sims can actually enjoy the views, and orient my builds to capture the best ones. I do the same when landscaping as well, making sure to create attractive spaces outside their windows, as well as camouflaging any eyesores from next door. Gorgeous hotel! You have a gift... probably more than one! 😜

I want the sims team to collab with Builders so bad, since they started collabing with cc creators. Every lot they place in the games are letdowns and honest speed builders and cc creators are consistently saving the game. This is awesome! I love the talk too, like a warm friend ❤

I'm simply staying home and resting up. I just got back from a vacation to see my great niece and my great great nephews who are 800 miles away....fighting snow most of the way. Hope you have a wonderful weekend with your spring cleaning. I'm starting that next week, once I regroup.

A restaurant build would be lovely!

This is beautiful!!! Very Miami vibe. I would die if the sims team managed to give us another city inspired world based in Miami. It would be the perfect world for a hotel expansion pack. One neighborhood based in downtown, with a business hotel high-rise and apartments and a penthouse. A Miami Beach district with a beach and smaller boutique hotels, like this one you just built. I would love to see a beach volley court and a muscle beach style gym. The third neighborhood should be the ritzy mansions on man made islands. It would be the perfect world to add the following careers. Airline, cruise, hotel and probably banking. I guess I'm asking for a lot, but man, that would be sooooo sweet.

The vibe of this build take me back to happy childhood memories of spending the holidays at my favourite aunties🌈♥in The Hague (the Netherlands) where builds like this exist where the beaches are. They are both 80+, so perhaps they were around when it was build? I'm not good at math. This year they have been visiting me in my city which is completely different; more inland, less busy, some medieval features. But being able to return the favour, 40 years later, of making sweet memories is priceless☺ Thank you for uploading this wonderful piece of art!

This screams Miami art deco to me! Now you just need to make a New York art deco hotel! Here in Texas we have a bank downtown that still has many of its original art deco architecture especially on the inside of the bank where the elevators are and the lobby. It’s gorgeous!

I love this Hotel it’s beautiful. I also loved the music you chose it made me think of my daddy who is deceased but he loved that type of big band music. He was born in 1926 so that was his type of music so it brought back memories of him tapping his foot while listening to music like that. ❤

Hotels would be such a cool concept in the game! Like the sims actually get assigned to their own rooms and can’t go in others as there will be other sims in them but can still knock and go inside 😂 And also be able to have a restaurant that works for them all to eat at! that would be so fun. At least you can just make it a rental property and have loads of sims visit at the same time

I would love a hotel pack in the sims, I would be obsessed with all stuff to decorate rooms in a more hotel ‘clean’ sort of way, and like buffet restaurant, bar and reception stuff and depending on how well decorated and how expensive the contents of a hotel, the more stars it has or something. It would be so fun! Love this build tho, the style is just 🥰

The first ever sims games had a vacation extension pack I remember the ski lodges and camping and beach hotels!!

This is just ❤️😍 At a glance I got season 5 AHS The Cortez Hotel for the structure! Really beautiful build. I love the Art Deco era and this is so pretty we really need detailed Tiffany style lamps and shades in the sims. And Clarice cliff jazz themed decor & items. Bellissimo build Aden! 🌟

Well done. Maybe if not TS4 then TS5 for the hotels. I really hope they are paying attention to the simmers and changing A LOT of issues that plague TS4. TS3 is still the best in my opinion. 😊

I love making hotels in the sims. I desperately want a hotel pack. I loved making them in the sims 3. I recently made a White Lotus hotel in Willow Creek. I gave it a space for weddings and turned it into a wedding venue. It’s a fun place to cause some drama, get married and spend a couple of nights either before or after the wedding.

I figured they would want ppl on the EA creator's network to give thier honest opinion (not a sugar coated lie) about the game so Maxis can improve it, or atleast do better in Ts5.
