This is stunning! I especially love the art studio - I’m jealous! I’d love to see a boarding school dorm or sorority house, where each girl has her own specific interests displayed in her bedroom. That way you could really show off all the different styles and stuff that came in HSY in one build! Or just a big family house with 5 or 6 kids, I guess. That’d work, too lol.

Those new windows you can open would be amazing to use on a brownstone "apartment" building because they could open to fire escape "balconies" like we have in some old buildings in NYC. I don't have the pack yet, but once I do I think I'll try that!!

I always fence in my pools and lock the gates until I WANT to use the pool. I play with full autonomy but Sims can’t be trusted with pools.

Very pretty! I love the design and would love to see more of these or an apartment building. I think I mentioned before I’d love to see a Japanese style apartment (the tiny style with the separate toilet room and everything). Especially with the new teen stuff with the anime theme.

Great build, I really liked this one! I have an idea for Halloween... you could do a cabin for a bunch of teenagers, like out of a horror movie. So you could have bedrooms for each teen (even stereotypical ones like glam, jock, goth, etc.). Thanks for considering it!

Gorgeous build! Turning the curved area of the bottom floor into more of a carport type area was a good choice; it definitely makes the exterior look way more interesting! And I love the choice of colors 💖

Also I definitely agree it would be fun to have boardgames & a chessboard - maybe a 'hobbies' kit also incorporating some other objects we're lacking e.g. a drum kit but idk if EA will ever do another gameplay kit after the disaster that was Bust the Dust ://

This build, although an entirely different style of build, reminds me of Rainbow Row in Charleston, South Carolina. Some of the buildings have the same pastel colors.

I would love to see you build a whole apartment building and furnish all of the different apartments - and maybe have one apartment with just appliances and some boxes so it looks like someone is moving in Maybe even build a bigger older house that was remade into apartments. I lived in one of those but it was made back into a house but we could still see where the other kitchen had been🤣 Or like the apartment building I live in now- it’s part of a whole neighborhood- the buildings where made to look like big houses kind of and are divided into two-three staircases- they are just two stories plus and attic where there’s smaller apartments on the ends and in the middle there’s storage cages for us. It’s kind of pretty - all the other apartment buildings I see mostly are just tall buildings so this neighborhood looks more homey (it’s in Sweden so it’s also a bit diffrrnt from how I have seen apartment buildings in the US)😅 Hope you will build some kind of apartment building - or more of them, different ones 😃 I would also love to see maybe a hotel build 😍

MsGryphi, I recently subbed at your Sims 4 gallery area but you have a lot of build stuff that I haven't found any of your builds that you showed in RU-vid there. Do you have any base game homes with those platforms in them? Like using an elevated platform for a bedroom space and the kitchen or living room area just a few steps away?

I hope they make lots where you can have more then one family on it and you can switch between them but they are houses instead of small apartments. So you can have a your main sims in one then the sims children family in the other but it won’t count as 8 or more sims. You can also switch between them super easily without going into main world

put a ladder in the pool so the sims have a way of getting out! they probably drown cuz the sim doesnt see an exit

I think I've only once had someone drown by accident... I do put pools on my lots but rarely and that's mostly because I don't have space for them

I always have pools but for some reason my sims never use the pools. They do sit on the edge of the pool and dip their feet in while reading a book, eating or doing homework but that’s it. Not sure why 🤷🏻‍♀️

I guess my only feedback is I don't understand why so many builders put PLANTS right next to the bed or on the nightstands. I have never put a plant next to my bed or on my nightstand, but I swear every Sims player on RU-vid does... it's so bizarre. Whenever I download a build those are literally the first items to be deleted.

This is such a beautiful build! I love Art Deco style and want all the build/buy items from HSY, but I'm not buying it until EA does some effective patching and repair.
