As stated in the first 3 seconds, it's for him. It's about him and how he is the whining self obsessed celebrity he always hated. If you're a famous artist, it definitely applies to you and there's nothing that can be done to change that. Fame, as said by every sane celebrity, is the worst thing that can happen to a person.

I think the artist's interpretation is that he's describing himself. Or it could be that every artist is the same, has the same story etc.
