The joy I feel when I wake up in the morning and see you’ve posted a new Art Journal video starts my day off with a smile and inspires me to get creative. Today will be a play day for me and the kickstart from your video is just what I needed. I’ve been playing mostly with Dylusions items the last couple of months although my Art by Marlene items have been screaming at me as I abandoned the accordian folder project I had started but not finished. Hello! I got so many techniques from this video that I never thought of before. I've had the pleasure of taking many in-person classes from Dyan (when she visits America) and you have done a wonderful job of incorporating her products and style with your own. What a fun page and it doesn't get much crazier than right now. Love the modeling paste stitch idea. I have a stitch template that is far too large for actual stitching but would be perfect for modeling paste! It was a gift and I'm so happy to finally have a use for it. Wow!! Your timing is so perfect!! Right now i am so addicted with dyan's art journaling. I dont have any of her supplies because i couldnt afford them. But i copy her technique but using the supplies i have. Its a bit of a challenge but i am determined. I really love this version of yours. I hope you create more pages using dyan's collages. Always impressed how clean your surface is and how much space you have. I usually end up with maximum 12inch/30cm of clean table. As always, a nice project.
remember I am filming so I have to keep some empty space! I keep my glass mat clean always but if I zoom out you would see that I am a normal crafter... just like everyone else out there!
@@vickyp I do have a mat for painting, messy stuff, and one for not messy stuff, when I make junk journals, but after 2 years, you wouldn't be able to tell the different 😄
