I've loved your art journal videos. I too was extremely skeptical about the concept but then I saw yours and thought, there's something I could use some of gelli prints I've made. Again, that's something fun but I don't know where to go with it. Long story short, I now have five pages done in my mixed media journal and I find it's really relaxing. Mainly because it's just for me, I don't post pics of it and it won't be in any exhibition, so no pressure. Many thanks for all your videos and inspiration 🥰
Well, THAT was fun! I find it inspiring that, with all your talent, you continue to go to workshops and learn techniques from others! Your RU-vid followers are the richer for it! Thank you.
I never thought of myself as a art journalist but I feel very inspired to try it for my personal experience. I can see using one to “try” new things in the process. Thank you so much for sharing!
Hullo Liz, I am not a journeler either! I am not skeptical but I just am not as organized as everyone else I see creating them. I did enjoy seeing someone else creating one that has a more relaxed attitude when making things for the book! I think you did a lovely job and made it accessible to everyone.
Dear Liz, this is really great. Thanks for showing , you are an inspiration. So creative. Love the little round journal, how different is that !! 😊❤️ Can't wait to see what you put in it 😉
Thank you for sharing this journey of yours Liz! Your journal is beautiful, and provides a wonderful record of growth and exploration. I love that you share your ongoing learning and the artists you turn to. I am looking forward to seeing what you get up to in the circular journal. Although it's difficult to see where you might see its faults in the video, I encourage you to always remember that it is "perfect in its imperfection"! Be well! ❤❤❤
Well, I am catching up on all your videos on this nice, quiet Sunday! I've been here from the beginning of your foray into journaling - how can SIX months have passed already?! I have enjoyed the individual videos you've done on some of the pages...but wow, the whole thing together is a lovely body of work! AND I know how much you have done the past six months in addition to this journal...so thank you for sharing! Some pages not seen before - from the Karen Mason workshop and your subsequent page on your own after it - I really like those! I look forward to what you fill your new circular journal with!!
