Gabriela Braga Guimarães, nickname Gabi, (Belo Horizonte, May 19, 1994) is a Brazilian indoor volleyball player. She plays as an outside spiker .

Gabi joga demais. Desde que comecei a acompanhar ela lá no início, quando foi levado pro Rio, depois de se destacar no Mackenzie, eu já sabia que ela iria muito longe. Hoje ela é essencial no jogo da Seleção brasileira e sempre se destaca em todo time que joga. Amo demais a fada da entrada da rede.

With a magical touch from Maja ..they both seems flawless in everyway 🥰 I have never seen Gabi with fast ball, short ball ..half court ball.. everything is only in vakifbank , maybe it's a suggested by Giovanni guedetti , and I love that all new technique ,which is bring full power from Gabi . Kudos team for improvised Gabi 😘

Já tive essa impressão também no início da primeira temporada dela no Vakif, naquele primeiro jogo contra o Vitra. Eu assisto a praticamente a todos os jogos do time dela e as duas parecem se dar muito bem. Inclusive houve jogos em que elas se abraçavam bastante. Acho que esse é um pouco o jeito da Zhera mesmo. A Rasic é a mesma coisa... A Gabi é muito mais íntima das outras, praticamente o time inteiro, com destaque pra amizade dela com a Haak.

@@robertomartins3051 , verdade. A líbero, a Haak, a número 4, a número 9, as duas levantadoras, essas são bem próximas da Gabi. A Haak já era amiga da Adenízia, porque jogaram juntas. Eu li uma entrevista dela antes de entrar no Vakif que estava ansiosa para conhecer a Gabi, porque imaginava que ela fosse tão legal quanto a Ade. E aí elas se tornaram bem amigas mesmo. São colegas de quarto.

Zhu would be too old and past her prime by the time another opportunity for her to play in top team arrives. Why aren't they getting her go. The level of competition in clubs in China is low, she's wasted in there. EU clubs provide tune up games for her against her greatest rival.

Gabi e Natália voando nas pontas. Garay uma excelente opção para substituição no banco. Thaísa dona da rede e central que bloqueia quase tudo. Tandara no melhor com seus tiros porradas e bombas. Macris no fino da velocidade e levantamentos, e outras jogadoras que comporão o elenco. Acho que em Tóquio podemos não chegar favoritos, o que é até bom para tirar pressão e tal. Dito isso, Brasil tem time para brigar.

Gabi reminds me of one of the greatest/iconic/legendary Cuban player Yumilka Ruiz. They're both not the tallest players, but boy they're super talented. It goes to show, talent has no height in volleyball 😊😎.
