@@tvaits802 Achhe kaise ? Jab copied hee hai yani kisi aur ne mehnat aur dimag laga kar banaya . ..aur bhai chalo achhe songs ko appreciate kar ke copy kar bhi lia to kam se kam uske creators ko mention bhi karna chahiye , unn songs ko apna bata kar award to nahi lena banta hai.
He may have lifted/ copied / got inspired for certain parts of music but his work in Gupt was brilliant and the sound engineering superb. Its very uncommon to match the quality of mixing of songs which was in Gupt. Fabulous work!
Beats.
The starting tune in Mushkil Bada Yeh Pyar Hai Song is taken from The Exorcist (1973) Borrowing 🤣 these elements, putting them together and making it sound Amazing is an art in itself though!
One of the best techno music in Indian movies ever. Copying apart there's a lot of originality in the creation which deserves appreciation. Much ahead of it's time, unique and incomparable even after these many years.
Viju Shah always made the tune even better then the original...Viju Shah will always be the legend, one of the greatest keyboard player ever and one of the greatest music director in the 80's and the 90's...Deep forest's original tune was made even more legendary by Viju Sir..❤❤❤ His arrangements and keyboard talent can be seen in all kalyanji Aanadji songs like Don, Jaanbaaz, Qurbani, Yuddh, Tridev etc
Gupt ka music aaj bhi fresh lagta hai. Main apne walkman mein Gupt ki music cassette sunta tha woh bhi chat pe jakar. Aisa lagta tha jaise asmaan se awaz aa rahi ho.
The music of the movie Gupt is one of the most popular one and it was composed by music director Viju Shah. Even today also the magic of the music is alive. All time best sound effects is the only character of this movie. All time evergreen songs and music. All the best 👍👍👌
And recently on the show Times Of Music, Viju Shah ji was saying with a heavy heart that he is not happy with the current trend of remaking in Bollywood because the original creators are not getting credits
Viju Shah is one of the greatest composer of 90s .He is one of the 3 amigos of bollywood .The other two is Anu Malik and Naadem- Shravaan respectively .
I'm astonished knowing that GUPT movie album is subjected to copying, yet for me Gupt album is one of a kind and one the best album ever produced in the indian film industry. I take a bow to Viju Shah for his rendering. The songs are still vivid in my memory🙌🙌Also Same goes with the music directors, because it isn't easy to come up with new tune every time for every new film, an actor may act in a similar way in every film, but that's not the case with music director, we know a song always has to be new or fresh or else the music directors will be trolled (of course without remaking any old classic song), any music composer who delivers a fresh tune or a new song, will definitely receive appreciation from audience.
Viju Sha King of the Synth sound in the world. 70s , 80s, ka sabse telented arranger. Jis wakt india me letest technology nahi thi. Us time me Viju shah ne jo Synth sound, Tone create kiya hai. Wah sound 2021 me kisi bhi keyboard player ke liye possible nahi hai. King of the background music.
Satyam Shivam Sundram flute interlude which was played in yeh pyar kya hai , was actually composed by laxmi pyare , they assisted kalyan ji anand ji . Viju shah is son of kalyan ji bhai shah. Viju assisted pyarelal in satyam shivam sundaram. He was the one who composed the flute interlude but credit was taken by laxmi pyare. Viju used the same portion in his movie after getting clearance from pyarelal. Assembling and mixing various sounds is an art and you can't really term it as plagiarism. Those who blame Anu Malik Viju Shah and other composers can't even compose a jingle. Sometimes producer also insists music composers to improvise the hit song.
Gupt ki jo music hai, aur songs hai vo sabke sab forever ban gaya hai, copy ho ya nehi, par gupt ki music ajbhi famous hai, aur hamesha rahegi..blockbuster music album....
3:17 - this is not a copy as such. This is called a loop I think. Nowadays several music directors use copyrighted loops and add to their track. Those days copyright was not there. But what Viju Shah did with these loops is something incredible. Its not direct copy.
You missed one more detail in the song "Yeh pyaar kya hai" the drumset behind that flute music is stolen from DR Alban one Love album Introduction (second edition).. you can check it's available on RU-vid
4:30 Just to add.. Matsuri itself is an amazing piece of music starting slowly and the last part is the best.. which sounds like a Japanese period war movie where in the climax a beaten hero stands up and gazes into the eyes of the villain before overpowering and killing him.. please do listen to Matsuti once.. the whole track.. You'll love it
Gupt's music work was not some child's work. Immensely talented Viju bhai has music in his genes. Living legend whose one of the movie Mohra tracks had multiple variety. Music director's job requires special god gifted skills. A composer may not be a music director but a music director is definitely a composer inclined to movie requirements
Still better than current remixes…he did mix them great…it’s one of the better Bollywood albums…it certainly needs certain talent to mix them and make the album that is so good!
copy ho ya orignal...mujhe aajtak bollywood me gupt k takkar ka music nahi mila dobara...ye music mujhe us time bhi kai saal aage ka lgta tha aur aaj bhi sunkar fresh hi feel hota hai....
Literally after listening songs of film Gupt I realised Mr Biju shah had changed d quality of song.I had only listened d terms dts , dolby digital, from friends I noticed it's significance.Hats off Mr Viju Shah.I believe in healthy criticism.
Hats off to Viju Shah, who has showed a lhigh level aesthenticity though this. I am sure, to compile all the things by making a high level research is really hard, one can come to know after watching diligency of the video, now think how hard had it been for Viju Shah to compile all things in one frame that it sounds a complete album altogether. Still Evergreen.
Whatever you say but Viju Shah's music is unique. Anand Milind and Nadeem Shravan' music was creating monotony and was repetitive. But Viju Shah came and it was like a fresh breeze to music. Maybe he was inspired from western instrumentals or western musicians but he was Ultimate and matchless that time. Like Kalyan ji Anand ji broke the monotony of Shankar Jaikishan or Laxmikant Pyarelal, his son did the same. I love and enjoy the music from Viju Shah. I listened to him for the first time and exclaimed 'oh its fresh and different!'
Bro whatever you said is right , but it was back in 1997 when internet wasn’t an easy access. However he has taken great strain and put in everything he got from different places and gave us Indians some amazing songs to remember even in 2021. These are your findings in 2021 bro , but too late to come up with your discovery. The movie was amazing , songs were too good.
Other examples: Old Songs reused and made over the top like Rabba ishq Na Hove, Copying sound effects from other songs, the begining from Mehboob Mere for example, Songs Old and New that Sound like Video Game Tunes,Laila Main Laila,Street Fighter theme (Vega) Or Re-making Old Songs entirely,Dilbar Dilbar...Not always for the better btw
Ragas are made for copying. All musicians learn from others. And music is endless learning because it is connected with heart and soul. Be greatful and thankful to Viju Shah for music of Gupt. Every good thing is copy of something always. Look at the humans. Same.
Definitely!! I love the whole album! Even after watching this video, I will listen to the tracks 😊😊😊 He did use his own talent... But yes they should've given credit!
Good work brother! Adore what you said from 9:52. Until 2005-06, stealing the ideas and creativity of other countries' music and movie directors was a common practice by Bollywood. During those days it was comparatively easier for them to fool the common masses of India. The reasons: 1. Lack of exposure to foreign media and channels. Also, limited internet connectivity among the common people of India. 2. No social media during those days. These days any content from any part of the world can easily be accessed through RU-vid, WhatsApp, Twitter, etc. Today through Social Media channels global awareness among the people has considerably increased. Thanks to today's digital era and the introduction of strict laws against plagiarism. Let's make Bollywood clean and self-creative.
We complain about Pritam , Anu Malik mainly for PLAGARISM ,but they complose music for 10 movies in a year which comprises of 70 songs approximately but music directors like Viju Shah , Rajesh Roshan , Jatin Lalit etc compose songs for 2 movies in a year , THEY SHOULD BE EQUALLY BLAMED and TROLLED😂🙏
Viju shah was one of the best music director, and even if some songs are inspired, they were different created better then the original songs, and it is not copy pasted like other music directors Some of the Viju shahs ever green blockbuster songs-- Saat samundar par Tirchi topi wale Tu cheeza badi hai mast mast na kazre ki dhaar tip tip barsa pani (all mohra songs) All Gupt (evergreen one of the best Bollywood music) mere pyar ka ras zara chakhna Chhote miya bade miya yalgar -Ho jata hai kese pyar na jane koi- ankh mare oh ladki ankh mare Tere mere sapne Aar ya Paar Ravan Raaj Bulandi
