One thing I say is. Practice is not just repetition but innovation. Meaning that. You're not necessarily just repeating an action but experimenting and testing things. But sometimes we need to learn other people's techniques to speed up the practice process. When an artist says. "Practice" they don't mean staring at a blank canvas. And start drawing. If you have no previous knowledge. You learn certain subjects. And find ways to find the perfect muscle memory for and remembering certain techniques that you have learned. And when you get stuck. Ask someone for help to help you see. That you're practicing the technique the wrong way. Practicing art is like working. Out. If you don't know how to build your muscle efficiently. You're going to end up hurting yourself. Learn diets. And exercises the right way by asking people if you're doing it right. So that's practice. Never interpret the word "practice" the way I did a while ago. Which was basically rolling a dice. And or practicing the wrong way of a technique without seeking help.
