Luminance is widely and commonly considered the best of all coloured pencils! I dream of getting them someday. I also love gouache and coloured pencils. I also commonly use watercolour with gouache. They can be mixed as well! I also recommend trying different brushes as well often angle and filbert really work well with thicker applications of gouache I find. I also recommend using makeup brushes with paint. They can be very I expensive and can be fantastic! Soft gradients and blending as well as using a large soft makeup brush for large area fills/wash lay down, etc. I also recommend using gouache on various coloured card stock it can be amazing. The Faber-Caste dust free eraser is my favourite and can erase all pencils and coloured pencils I’ve tried so now I can sketch and draw with all my coloured pencils and even make corrections! I also paint on top of coloured pencil sketches. Anyways fun relaxing video thanks.
Thank you so much for all of the awesome tips! I never considering using makeup brushes before! The luminance colored pencils are really sooo good. I have about 14 more colors in my cart right now, lol.
