I think is marker paper, i think you can find it at art shops or art stores, i don't really know. In my country i have an art shop with lots of supplies and i saw marker paper too
That doesn't matter, the only important thing is that it's paper made specially for marker OR layout paper (which is the same, the paper is super smooth and the back side is sealed. In that way you can still see the coloration on the backside, but it doesn't bleed on whatever is underneath). The thicker the paper, the more layers you can add without the ink staying on top though.
