Do not buy an Artesian Spa if the controls are Tidalfit. This control has major design flaws. I’ve owned hot tubs since the 80’s. Just bought an Artesian from a dealer in St. Louis. Note: the service department that services this piece of junk is very first class. Jim, the service mgr. says the control on the Artesians are the number one complaint from all his customers. I have talked six people into buying another brand. Jim told me I’m on a recall list and if Artesian ever figures this problem out, I’ll get a call. In the meantime they let me spend all if this money knowing the Artesians were junk because of the controls.
Thank you for going over all of the areas that are most important. I learned a lot and feel confident in the purchase of an Artesian spa. I was wondering though, are the features you covered here the same in all of their spas, particularly the entry models like 735?
Sorry not to reply sooner. In truth I have never looked at the video via You Tube before as we use the link on our website. If I tell you I have a 735 myself then I hope that I will give you confidence in that model. In terms of layout, quality of equipment etc all Artesian Spas are the same but not all come with full foam insulation as standard. In the UK the 735 does. Andy
Now that Artesian Spas has moved away from clamping every single Plumbing hose I will never purchase from that brand. I don't care what Artesian says about their new proprietary"sureslip" Plumbing, blah, blah, blah, blah blah!
@@Bipbop66 what do you need to know? This guy thinks that shur grips are not quality, yet many manufacturers move to this design years ago. Makes him sound ignorant...
