The Prado Annunciation has recently been restored and there are some wonderful videos where you get a really close up look at it. They are on the Prado's RU-vid page and well worth a watch.

Thanks for the video. It may be worth noting that FA was in fact beatified in 1982 by Pope JP 2 and I named patron of Catholic painters in '84.
