Has no one noticed the elbow to Taylor's head, right around the ear? Watch the replays @ 37:59. Abraham's elbow clearly makes solid contact with Taylor's head.
Jermaine had been knocked out before. some fighters dont even have the courage to fight again. it takes a lot of strength getting up and let everyone know you're okay but inside you are devastated. i was younger when i saw him got beat and i enjoyed watching it. but now older, i realized he showed true toughness. hell of a fight for this man
Vic Darchinyan is Armenian...former flyweight champ, he a little tuff guy like Arthur Abraham. David Lemieux is half Armenian and fights out of Quebec, Canada. He's tuff too, likes to take punches
I don't understand your language , but it looks like... Humpty Dunpty..... Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall... Humpty Dumpty... had a great fall. Taylor was no match for this man. Abraham is awesome :-)
This guy hits so hard he should have have his gloves checked after every fight. Something tells me he was a cheater. If he wasn't he could knock down a heavyweight with those heavy punches.
Jermaine Taylor had more courage than the privileged prima donna Andre Ward, who refused to travel to other countries during the Super Six, and demanded all his fights be in the USA.
HIGH GUARD DEFENSE IS SUPERIOR TECHNICAL FIGHTING WHEN PUT WITH THE COUNTER PUNCH. LET YOUR OPPONENT TIRE HIMSELF OUT PUNCHING YOUR GUARD AND THEN BOOM DESTROY HIM WITH POWER WHILE HE IS WINDED
Yup, against extremely quick fighters its extremely effective, I have a video unlisted of me using it against this extremely fast counter punching amateur and rocking his shit. Woulda had zero chance of surviving it if I tried to outbox him his way. Walked out without a bruise or nothing. Getting a really strong body and practicing a high guard is the safest way of boxing imo till the point you can disperse the energy really well.
He is certainly a tough fighter. I’ve seen him knock out opponents as he has a heavy punch. However his fight against Froch was boring. He barely threw any punches. And Froch beat him badly in a lopsided fight.
Cuối cùng người da đen cũng thua, vì sao vì ko dám đánh, đã thượng đài thì ko còn kính nể ai nữa,cứ sút giống võ sĩ mythysoin,dù là thua nhưng là rất bản lĩnh
Nice to see that Abraham was concerned about his opponent's condition enough that he went to make sure everything was okay before breaking into a wild celebration.
This was a good fight, but I didn't like the blatant hometown favoritism on Abraham. He should've been deducted points for all of those punches to the back of the head, but he wasn't even given a warning. Still, that knockout looked inevitable the way Taylor was fighting in the later rounds.
@@ASSASSYN He didn't go down as hard when he fought Pavlec. Or the other dude who knocked him out. Which proves your point. Taylor was knocked out cold by those guys. Yet still. This knock out was even worse. Among the worst I've seen.
Arthur should go down to 160 and fight alfredo angulo or David lemieux there he as better opportunities to win I know he can beat alot of fighters there and Arthur does look as good in the 168 division and he lost he's last two fight so go down to 160 please Arthur and come to the us like if you think Arthur should go down to 160 division
I pissed myself when Taylor got iced with just 15 seconds left. He had absolutely zero stamina and remains one of the most over-rated fighters I have ever seen.
I agree with that statement, Jermain Taylor one of the worst Champions in middleweight history, despite his impressive credentials.....2000 olympic medalist, 2-time middleweight Champion (once as undisputed and Ring Champ). Truth be told, they fed him to the wolves. He got questionable decisions over Hopkins, Wright and somebody else, but this just seemed to soften him up to get knocked out 3 times. The last time so badly, that his own promoter told him he was done. Ouch. He went down more times than a Thai prostitute
Both Taylor & Arthur are good fighters but they're not really Super Middleweight material. I do think there's truth behind the idea that Pavlik took Taylor's soul. He was never the same after that. Froch did the same thing to Bute.
eh. Kelly never looked the same after that Hopkins fight. And while I agree that Martinez probably put more punishment on Kelly, B Hop flat out embarrassed him and won every round (unlike Sergio) while Kelly was an undefeated fighter.

I was always scared for Taylor. I thought he was a very flawed fighter. His footwork was horrible. His defense was suspect. He held his arms awkwardly putting at a disadvantage defensively. Last he just don't seem like he worked on getting stronger. Although a decent puncher he had no stamina. Lack of training properly. I don't think he was serious about boxing. I always was afraid he would get hurt badly in the ring
Very flawed? Taylor had a decent jab and decent power. Exciting ass fuck and never ducked anybody. Those are qualities that not many fighters have. Only thing jt lacked was stamina. Thats it.
