I made another RDR2 tribute, which doesn't only focus on Arthur, but the evolution both Dutch and Arthur went through. I still find it so painful to see how Dutch starts questioning his best friend, believing he's doubting him instead of supporting. In this video I try to use imagines and quotes to exaggerate this feeling.
I also tried to add more black screens, to try and struck you with words and not only images. This was rather an experiment, so feedback is always appreciated.

5:04 I miss the gang so much :( When Dutch says “our time has passed, John” in RDR1 it seems like he is remembering all the good times of the gang, and how they were gone forever

No he was talking about how the future was coming and how cowboys gunslingers were gonna be no more. They were heading to the 1900s the more modern times when the US was killing the west killing the outlaws getting rid of the Wild West that’s why the US army helped ross kill John

The scene starting at 3:00 with Arthur trying to help Downes' family and pleading to Mrs. Downes to not let pride get in the way of what really matters really gets me, such a powerful scene. Once again, awesome job with this one.

When you really think about it Swanson was the one person in the gang that showed concern for Arthur(kind of fitting as Arthur was really the only one who shown concern for Swanson), in the end Arthur was also the only one who tried to get through to Dutch. No one other than Hosea ever tried to help Dutch so I partly blame everyone for what happened, even Arthur could have done more but I'm sure it was too late by time he realized just how bad things really were. All of that could've probably been avoided had there been more people that cared enough to try.

If Strauss had someone other than Arthur (possibly even Micah in a really lucky world) go and collect the debts, Arthur would have never caught TB, and would therefore then be strong enough and reliable enough for Dutch to still trust him to the end of Chapter 6. Arthur would have been able to easily defeat Micah, and the Van Der Linde Gang would live on.

Arthur was to John, as Micah was to Dutch. In the end it came down not to a battle against the Government out for an outlaw, but it was the end to an age long war between the being Honorable and Dishonorable. Its about finding redemption and atonement for one's actions

I think somebody should do the evolution between John and Dutch, I mean, they both are tragic, even if Dutch left John for dead, at the end, even if he was rewarded with killing Dutch he still wouldn't do it.

I think Arthur and Hosea were the best of the gang and their deaths are equally as sad but if Hosea didn't die then Dutch wouldn't have been manipulated by Micah and if that did happen he and Arthur would have saved Dutch as Arthur couldn't do it on his own to save Dutch and If Hosea lived they would have converted him even though Arthur some what makes him ditch Micah

Alley LaRue there was no saving him, he was dying and was going to die no matter what on that cliff side, but if I was Dutch I would of shot Micah and stayed by Arthur until he took his last breath. But I’m not as impressionable and gullible as Dutch so it wouldn’t of gotten that far. And I’m not as stupid so I would of stuck to the damn plan and none of that shit would of ever happened. I know there would be trouble since we’re outlaws but I bet micahs bitch ass woulda caused some other shit but like I said I’m not as stupid as Dutch so that shit would be more avoidable
