If you have to stop, tap a letter on your keyboard.” If you either waste time or get attacked by a sea creature and the needle goes down more into the red, a game over sound will go off and the diver will start levitating upward. The screen will stay on the spot where you were before you ran out of air without the diver present since he floated upward, then Arthur will say “You ran out of air.” Then you will start over from the beginning of the level.
@@Quietworld43 if you waste time and run out of air or if you get attacked numerous times by the sea creatures and lose air that way, that’s when he drowns after when the needle gets into the red.
Yep, I know that from experience. The Atlantic and Pacific Ocean levels scared the poop out of me as a kid! So, I would try and stay close to the top. Unfortunately, I soon realized I couldn’t pass the levels unless I traversed through the deep, dark parts.
