He gave everyone a life at the cost of his own. Arthur was a complicated but truthful, faithful and loyal to those he loved. Red dead isnt just a game.. its an amazing journey through american history and the life of a true gunslinger.
Let me tell you something, Arthur is not as great as you all think, he only helped people because he was dying, he didn't give his life but he used the time he has to help people because he's afraid of his fate
@@mangozine8171 no shit that’s called redemption, he realized all the foolish killing he did for a crazy man who just wants war and death and he decided to change and help those who he could in his little bit of time
The moral of the game is that you can’t live a bad life and expect a happy ending. Once Arthur got TB he realized this, knew he was going to die, but decided to help his peers anyway. What a man.
In the same game they mention that there was a good chance that he would recover if he lived a quiet life, but he preferred to stay with his family and help her get out of that life, as dutch had promised many robberies before.
Yes, before arthur expulse Strauss, he helped and gave money to those poor people. He knows that he would die, so he decided to turn into a good person and redeem onefelt. This is a real redemption!
@@The-Allfather-Odinreally his main goal was making the people's life's around him better and yes he sacrificed himself so John could live a happy life
I think he did accomplish what he wanted, he became a good man in the end and was buried to the west so he could watch the sunset, if you pay attention he says this is how he’d wanna go
@@DeadX2he definitely did. Everyone in the gang did. If u rob and kill even 1 store or 1 person u could go to hell. And everyone in the gang killed and robbed.
The problem is that a loss at the end of the story is really necessary to the story and to tie off loose ends. If the DLC was made, it would be a spoiler, unless it was “alternate ending x” and it should be free. If you leave the game off on a sad note, people will care more about the story and want to play it again.
@@lera-po8uhi think people would've played it regardless but i think that's a major reason of why people were waiting for GoW Ragnarok to drop because it was so heavily speculated that Kratos might die after we Just got him back and saw him change for the better
@@Bloo_BearGod created us in his own image but we sinned and broke that image so now we deserve hell but God wanted a way of forgiveness so he took on the form of man suffered on the cross for the forgiveness of sins that whoever repents of his sins and puts his faith in jesus christ can be saved to get that forgiveness u have to repent of ur sins put ur faith in jesus christ follow him and rely on his finished work on the cross and not ur own works to be saved repentence first means realising ur a sinner who needs Gods help then u change ur mind about sin realising its disgusting before God and u let him help u to stop doing sin putting ur faith in jesus means u do his commandments which u can know about in the bible loving jesus means to do his commandments but u have to be careful first of all u dont know when ur gonna die so come to God and repent today and that jesus is the only way to heaven the only truth and the only life and we can go to heaven bc of what he did on the cross not bc of our own works so ur good works dont get u to heaven its only bc if what jesus did on the cross but that doesnt mean u live a life of sin no u live a life pleasing to God having a true relationship with him but u trust in what jesus did on the cross and not ur own works that can get u to heaven jesus loves u and he can give u eternal life repent today
It is indeed wishful thinking but yeah man, it would have been great if Arthur never got the TB, and Arthur started his life with that woman he liked far far away from that godforsaken gang and that place
I think the one that stuck with me the most is Tilly, she was almost always out of the way of trouble and in the end she got to become a normal housewife. In the end she ended up living better than anyone
This game actually taught me that even if you are too depressed to live life you still have to be there for the people you love and help them get the life they want arthur stopped me from feeling like I had no purpose now I know my purpose and that's to be there for the people I love and help them get to their dreams and dont stop loving them until your dying breath
This video made me cry. All he ever fought for was a way out. To be free and live happy. But the more he fought the more he lost. His girlfriend. His son. The only woman that ever loved him. His friends all ran away to pursue their dream life. Before Sacrificing his life to make sure his best friend had a chance to live the life he always dreamed of. Knowing he also feared death makes it 100 times worse.
In fact his dream did come true in the end,he wanted peace and he got it and he also died knowing John and those he cared for got away from the gang life
This isn't a game its a experience. This masterpiece is a thing that i would play forever and never get bored this is the game that i dont care how long it is i would play it till the end.
The sad part is Arthur only had one dream, and it was with Mary, not the gang, and he never really had any hope for that dream. He instead spent his life helping others reach their dreams
I hope Arthur is calm. Even though it's only in the game, I have made Arthur like our (all) uncle. Arthur may be calm because he sees many people who love him like us, who loves Arthur's comments, maybe Arthur sees our comments who love him. (arthur m/c) ❤ For Arthur...
I feel like Red Dead Redemption was trying to tell us to choose the better side, by showing Arther a gunslinger and bad man trying to change his ways before death is trying to teach the player to always be better and to more kind to people that’s my view on it
Arthur gave his own life so that John, Abigail, and Jack could get away. I bet Arthur was looking down smiling watching John, Abigail and Jack live their life
You know what really sucks? If Arthur had survived RDR2 somehow, when John is tasked with hunting down his old gang members he would have to hunt down Arthur too.
I feel like Arthur's final dreams came true, he saved John and his family and let them live their life like he wanted, and Dutch also realized Micah was a rat finally
his dream didnt came true😢 but the only that came true is his wish saying *face me to the west so i can watch the setting sun to remember all the fine times we had* that hit my heart
Arthur had his redemption... he had a horrible life... he lost his wife and his daughter, he lost Hosea, Sean, Lenny, his horse and when there was a strong relationship between him and Sadie he no longer had time, you may think I'm crazy but I'm sure that if he had more time they would have something... he couldn't get revenge but he had his redemption.
Artur sacrificed his own dream to fulfill that of others. Bonus fact: I cried when watching the video because the game rdr2 and the song "i wonder" by The King Kanye West have a great meaning to me, both helped cure my depression.
Erm actually they did. He said he wanted to be facing west when he got burrried. And they put him in not only the west grizzlies, but also he is facing west.🤓☝️
