Wow, that first clip in the beginning of Jerry Stiller was from the original, 'The Taking of Pelham 123' (1974). Great movie and although his part was small, he was funny.

Film released 1974. Leah Remini was born 1970. So, Arthur was acting after she was born. Another Arthur fib!

Hope so too. King of Queens was one of my favorite shows but there is no way in hell I would allow my father to be talked to or treated like that. The disrespect is real. Yet, Doug has the audacity to be upset if Carrie asks for his parents to stay at a hotel when they visit. He ALWAYS says, "But they're my parents." The hypocrisy!🤔🧐🤨 That was always my (1) pet peeve about the show. How Carrie would allow Doug to mistreat her father is inexcusable. If she didn't want him there she should've NEVER invited him.

@@J24J Of course I know it's NOT real & don't really DGAF. Elder abuse either real or fictionalized is wrong in my OPINION. I simply pointed out the horrible treatment the Author character receives. Don't come Karen explaining or trolling to me about a FAKE TV show as you so elegantly pointed out. I have the right to point out something I believe is negative on a show I still watch. People like or dislike what characters throughout a TV show's history do. Opinions about them do not have to be uniform & are allowed to fluctuate.
