Can u plzz make a distintion between FR granted to citizens and specific citizens as u mentioned in the description. Coz in video 8:00- 8:40 u said that those provisions inconsistent with FR will not be void for "non citizens" & it will be applicable on them. so, my question is those inconsistent provisions will be void for "specific non citizen" (coz they have FRs confered upon them according to description u gave above) equally as citizens enjoy ? Simply, Are those some non citizens are equal to citizens ?
