Am I the ONLY person alive who thinks she didn't? When you learn about this "emotional friend", he doesn't sound like some alpha who seals the deal, but rather the short balding fat "nice guy" best friend who orbits women in the HOPES they will eventually have sex with them, but all the stories involving him is stuff like him fixing stuff for her, etc, all the typical nice guy beta orbiter type stuff. I feel like Christine might have kept him around for her self esteem and to use him as a "shoulder to cry on" without actually letting him hit, like a lot of women do with orbiters.
Most marriages have ups and downs and rocky roads. Real life isn't a Hollywood romantic flick. Glad they made it work for the kids (and their finances).

Sal is the most honest person who has been on radio. He comes off great in this clip, but his openness always blows my mind. Would love to listen to a Richard and Sal show one day.

i think Christine is pretty. Beth is attractive, but not the beauty Howard and everyone else thought she was. It's an ''eye of the beholder' thing, i guess. But I never thought Beth was beautiful.
BTW that psychologist was exposed as being a huge sex pest. I could have predicted he'd have a "me too" moment YEARS ago, dude always gave me the creeps.

Knowing what we do about this Ablow guy, that arm around Christine is so suspect. I keep catching him doing it, and it's obvious. If anyone is wondering, these days the good "former" doctor is charging cash to do Ketamine and MDMA therapy sessions. He practices in the greater Boston area.

He wasn’t Artie with movies and TV asking for hundreds of thousands $$. But when he came on board, he put his whole life out there as if he was making the money to make it worth while… instead he’s still never been paid more than $80,000 a year as of 2021 and gave more blood and fore skin than any entertainer. Howard hiring Sal was basically like the U.S. buying Alaska from Russia. Cents on the dollar
No. She doesn't want to open up on a show where Sal bashes her constantly, has a host that is extremely disrespectful to women, a fat drug addict, a cackling witch and a "therapist" she has never met. The whole segment is making a joke of her marriage issues and theres hundreds of thousands of people listening. Including her coworkers, family, future children and friends. From the start they treat her like a villain and accuse her of lying so obviously her guard is up. Sal never cared about her emotions until he saw she had a close friend. She seems very sensitive and Sal isnt very empathetic towards anyone (thats why hes always messing up bc he cant predict how other people will react to his antucs) The whole thing is abnormal and uncomfortable for her. Howard and the rest of them cant fathom a man having a female friend that he isnt sexually pursuing because they only see women as sexual beings. Women don't want to bang every male friend they have. She was lonely and this guy gave her attention because shes pretty. Thats it. She was using him for emotional support.

Robin is actually very talented I went back and listened to old shows she was funny and added a lot of value but if you listen a lot it's obvious that when Artie joined the show she got less attention so she became insecure and started using that horrendously long weird laugh for attention. I feel bad for her she was abused by her father That automatically makes you crave attention as much as I hate that laugh she's good she's more talented than people give her credit for listen to any show before Artie she was totally different she was really good and funny perfect compliment to Howard Stern
Tim telling Sal what the word meant and pretending dumb is why when Tim's parents were ill and both died around the same time and wanted a leave of absence Howard told him no and Tim left the company for good from seeing other YT videos.
Tim also fucked around a LOT at work, didn’t do his job, left Howard’s Mom hanging that one time; had inappropriate relationships w interns and shat ALL over the bathroom (then lied about it). How did he stay employed as long as he did?
being a psychologist has to be the easiest and most fun job in the world man, I made the wrong decision of career choice, imagine just sitting there and making up trash that sounds smart about other people that you dont know, and earning hundreds of dollars an hour to make them do whatever you want them to.

Such a weird situation , claims nothing was going on but asked for "one last goodbye" Which clearly implies it was romantic and sexual , plus the guy supoosedly cried cause he couldny see her no more , sals a clown but christine is cold and heartless , notice anytime howard or anyone else tells her how attractive she is shes more than happy to take it , i think she thinks shes too good for him , she attractive but not half as much as they all make out

Sal is a dope... but I truly believe he has a good heart... and sadly he's doing what ALOT of men (myself included) do. We fall for the "pretty girl" who treats him like absolute crap and feels she is "settling" for. He should have cut her loose the second he found out she was banging her "friend". I can PROMISE you (Sadly I've been that "Friend" before) they were doing MUCH more than speaking. While I commend him for "sticking it out" for his children, I just hope he isn't sticking around because she's so hot. He is torturing himself by sticking with her... (If what we see/hear is all correct).
