That take way place needs a check from the health inspector and HMRC especially as it’s cash only and the receipt he gave you said not paid. looks very dodgy to me.
Owner was totally uncomfortable from the word go. He knew his 'food' wasn't up to scratch. Those bits of chicken ... eww... I'd have taken that crap back.
I was turned off when the owner put his hand on his nose, then put on his apron and didn't wash his hands. Unhygienic! He looked so reluctant to sell the food. I would have left without ordering. Food inspectors should shut that place down. Why did passersby tell Danny that the food was good? Is it because they were on camera.,

I'd honestly would report the bussiness after this. Food poisoning can be a serious issue. Hope we won't be hearing of Danny being hospitalized or just being sick for a few days after this one.

There was a clue when you walked into an empty shop with stuff already in the warmer, the guy came in off the street with no washing of hands, and that fish could have been stood in water overnight or worse re-frozen, but will he see your review and or even care

worked in food industry long enough to know it's easy to get a 5 star rating when the audit happens on a pre planned date. After that audit you can do whatever you want, they're not auditing on a daily base. The state it's in now and the food it served that we've seen now it would be closed on the spot if any inspection would happen.
It’s likely that the actual rating is much lower. Local news reports in London recently showed a number of establishments whose ratings on the doors weren’t genuine. Fair chance this place falls in that box too.

That food was horrendous!! How have they got 5 stars for Hygiene??!! That Chicken was bad!! I would've gone back in and complained!! He was extremely shady about being filmed as well!! Danny was generous giving them a 1!!
The guy was having a pooh when you walked in and he didnt wash his hands Danny. Also thats the same piece of fish he cooked last week and that lamb has been spinning round since February. That other thing you said wasn't a mushroom was a deep fried moth.
