The regression learner seems to have included ANN already? The R2 factor seems to be lower than 0.95, which is bad to some degree. Do you recommend to use regression learner or ANN?

Well explained. I used the ANN through SPSS rather than Matlab in one of my papers. I noticed that the majority of the articles also reported the R2 for ANN model too (R2 = 1 - RMSE /S2, where S2 is the intended output variance for the test data), But I failed to grasp it. Please, could you assist me? Though I've successfully calculated the Normalized Importance and RMSE table. one more request, please make a video on NCA (necessary condition analysis).

it seems that Malab's neural network fitting tool doesn't give you options to control regulations (e.g. L1/L2) unlike their deep neural network tools

If I use ANN for bearing fault diagnosis what values are the input and target variable. I have raw vibration data that contains three columns time, Acoustic, and amplitude respectively.

Thanks a lot for you video. I have a question please. What if I have input columns, but with different number of rows? And also for the output? Let’s say for example the a column which contains the speed of wind has 1200 rows and for example temperature of wind has 900 rows, and the output has 800 rows. Is it possible to have the neural network? Or the input and the output should have the same number of rows?

ideally, you need to equal number of rows.

Sir, you are running all code every time, isn’t that mean you are getting new train network each time and respective output. isnt it better to train a single model and then recall it for your input by runing selected lines .?

we have option to change the no. of neurons but how do we change the no of hidden layers

Unfortunately, u cannot change no of hidden layers with this MATLAB toolbox, maybe with other ones.

You can run multiple models, each with a different dependent variable.

thsi is common in ANN due to how ANN works, but most results should be similar
