The retro market tent and the food truck prices probably stretched people’s budget thinner. If a used GameCube controller was $45 and food on average with drink was $20+, that’s a bit high. The other factor was the entrance and exit placement. Per observation of traffic, most people went to the food truck and exhibitors before going to the artist alley. People’s money always gets stretched thin, but first point of contact will determine which section makes the most money.

yes! That makes total sense too! the artist alley was the last point, and also physically uncomfortable to be in- it was hot and humid 😐

Ugh, sorry they gave you a 6' table when you paid for an 8 :\ I wanted to try for AX Chibi myself but my LA friends said to keep away cuz its more of a local con than a big show like AX prime(I'm from TX). Cons this year have been really bad, esp after summer. Hope next year treats us all better...

Yeah, it's completely separate from normal AX and definitely does not give you a leg up for that event

omg... i didnt know u were so close to me! i was in the back too! it was literally so brutal and u were close to the door it must of been so hot Y_Y ur booth look so cute and glad u got it to work out! i keep seeing the 8ft spaces got screwed T_T

geez YEAH I was barely breathing, barely moving trying to survive in that greenhouse T.T Thank you for the kind words tho! The 8 ft tables were definitely overcharged
