When I was a kid, I had a nightmare. I lost PotatoHead's left arm and legs, a few days later I had a dream he floated out of my closet and bit off my legs and my right arm and said "You'd better follow me or I'll bite off your other arm and your head!" So I sadly said okay and he levitated me to my closet, then I woke up and swore to never play with PotatoHead again.
Definitely Mr. Potato Head is one of my all time favorite childhood toys and even still today I have mine along with his Mrs. Along with my Woody, Zurg and Buzz collection from the Toy Story movies
Yes, Twitter almost imploded on February 25, 2021 over the gender of Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head. Hasbro tweeted, “While it was announced today that the POTATO HEAD brand name & logo are dropping the ‘MR.’ I yam proud to confirm that MR. & MRS. POTATO HEAD aren’t going anywhere and will remain MR. & MRS. POTATO HEAD."
I think it's a dumb Marketing Stunt. Sounds like it's trying to breach an audience that I don't even think is even interested to Potato head toys. I can only think they did this to be the first "Inclusive" Toy in the market but IDK how a toy is not inclusive if a toy for me is a physical manifestation of a concept/idea.
@@SeizethePlay No problem at all, always happy to support my fellow content creators. I am looking forward to improving on my own current video format I have uploaded and, in the future, trying to create content as good as yours in the long-term.
We got my daughter a Mr. Potato head for Christmas and my mother remarked " back in my day, Mr. Potato head used real potatoes". That led me to finding your video, and now I know the history. Thanks!
