Agreed, Arthur was coming forward but missed so often, or was blocked completely by Bivol. Couldn't do anything of significance throughout the entire fight while Bivol outboxed him. Aggression should only be rewarded when it's actually effective, Bivol was robbed of history today

Not really. at best he got a Draw BUT, the issue here is that you cannot win all the belts for the first time in history in that division by running the entire time and literally giving away the last 4 rounds, just not gonna happen. I think Artur needed to do more but I saw it as a draw. People saying Bivol won easly didnt see the fight. he did ok early and but Still ran and ran, later on he looked tired and battered, just look at his face.
For anyone saying bivol ran around scared are foolish because if you think you can slug it out with beterbiev and go shot for shot you can’t, he didn’t have a 100% ko rate for no reason, bivol had a game plan and done very well, abit more aggression on second half would of got him the win 100%, very good fight never the less, респеск обоим бойцам ✊🏼

It was competitive. I didn’t score it, but it sure seemed Bivol won. The last two rounds he seemed to be in survival mode, but even so, I don’t feel like Beterbiev won many other rounds, if any at all.
This is the steal of the century! Bivol won 70% of the fight, in the 6th and 11th rounds he obviously regained his fitness, but besides that, Beterbiev can be given 2-3 more rounds at most. After each round we could see Bivol's perfect shots, he kept his distance according to his famous style and defeated his opponent in every sense. The reaction of both teams after the match says it all...

Its not a robbery in my opinion, it was a close fight and beterbiev looked better in the late rounds, bivols jab in the first rounds was masterclas but when he stopped trowing the jab arthur was able to close the distance. A really good boxing match between 2 masterclass athletes 🎉🎉🎉
baterbiev packs power hence bivol fights smarter. and he doesn't run all the time to avoid engagement but moves to reset as beterbiev is more dangerous when they do toe to toe.
Close fight. I had it Bivol 7-5. The draw scorecard seemed fair. 115-113 for Beterbiev didn't seem unreasonable. The 116-112 card for Beterbiev however seemed way off. A rematch makes sense. They're clearly the two best guys at 175.

Бивол весь бой бегал и что б совсем не выглядеть смешным мог иногда огрызаться, но и это после жёсткого удара по корпусу уходил в глухо оборону. От Бетербиева все, даже сторонники Бивола, ожидали нокаута и считают что Бетербиев выиграл не заслуженно исключительно из-за того, что не было нокаута.

Bivol had better accuracy and higher connection. He rested for 5 rounds at best and let Artur look good. Artur corner even told him he needed a knockout to win the fight. Artur after the fight even looked shocked he won and said he didn't fight good. Yet 116-112 from one of those judges in diabolical.
That was just the PBP guy that said that. That show that you cant analyse a fight and proly have too short attention span to be a real fan. You rather listen to bias commentators rofl. Bivol land 4 more punch thru 12. FOUR. He had no ring pressure and was always fighting on his back foot. Close fight, Bivol could have win this, so is Beterbiev. Anything from 113-115 to 115-113 was the good call.

I was rooting for bivol but artur won. Very disappointing performance from bivol, he didn’t fought his natural way. Bivol fought too cautiously, too much defensive, he kept running not hitting much. He wasn’t looking like for win but trying to surviving 12 rounds. Beterbiev dominated almost whole fight.
I don't know man, I think Bivol executed a perfect game plan. He is not running away not like the other boxers that we know. He is keeping his distance and timing his shots. He is more active throwing jabs, power puches and body shots here and there. His foot work commands the flow of the match. You can even see that Beterbiev is confused as to when to throw his powershots because Bivol throws him off his rhythm while Bivol lunges forward at any sign of opening he could see as he maneuvers in the ring. I think Bivol won this fight. Just my 2 cents.
We all know that this was a very close fight, but I seen that Bivol won this fight. There has to be a rematch because the judges must off gotten paid under the table to give the fight To Beterviev..
