Many, many thanks for your excellent and emotional report from this gorgeous place. We have little knowledge of the island, but are planning to go there, hopefully in January. Congratulations that the storm has mostly left the area alive! Happy to see this. Please would you tell us which beaches normally have deck chairs and umbrellas - and especially softer waves (rather a flat beach, going into the water).
Thank you for the beach update especially the beach at the Tamarijn. It looks pretty good. We are coming this September to the Tamarijn of course! This will be # 13.
Divi (Druif) beach looks twice as deep (distance from street to water line) as the past 4 years. We visit in Aug. 15 years ago, there were 30% more beach depth, so the restoration work is greatly appreciated.
My family and I were at Boca Catalina on July 5. It was a little rougher than normal but we were comfortable. There was a lot of sand in the water so the visibility was a little cloudy. Still an enjoyable time!

Thanks for the video, Hyro. I have been watching for some time, and they have assisted me in planning / booking my vacation. I am in Aruba now and went to Arashi today - best beach i have been to in my entire life.

At least ya'll didn't get hit that bad. Good to see everyone is well, brother. We'll be praying for those who were in Baryl path when it was a category 5 storm. That dam hurricane is going to be hitting my home on Monday morning. Hopefully, it stays a category 1 storm.
