Empty beaches due to the Corona Covid19 situation. Relax at home walking on these rarely seen empty beaches at Aruba's most popular area, namely the Palm Beach (High rise hotel area).

It's funny how easily my brain can recall the vivid smells of chlorine, Sun Bum sunscreen, ocean water, clean breezes, margaritas, and mojitos just from thinking about Aruba.

This is the most beautiful place and beaches in the Caribbean, we had a timeshare in Aruba went here every year for over 15 years straight , .the island keeps changing with the times, hopefully things are on the right path to being better for all . I know every steps of this video you are showing , what wonderful memories. Praying our Lord and Savior will help us ALL along our path to being positive and better times TO COME IN ALL OUR LIVES . I've walked that beach a million times every August for over 20 years. Seems surreal to see that beach with no families, no honeymooners, no Arubans, no music...no food, no drink. Aruba can be Heaven on earth until something like this happens. Sad...yet the video gives us hope for soon-to-be-brighter days. Stay safe Aruba - my second home.

Hi Jeffrey, yes it sure was incredibly different to see it that way. While not as packed as before but visitors have been back for over 6 months now. I can't wait to turn the corner and be able to travel myself but in the meantime following the rules and making the best of it making videos for you guys gives my a lot of pleasure! Stay safe!

Just got back last night. Spent five wonderful days there. Couldn’t get the COVID-19 test results within 72 hours so had to quarantine the first day. Grabbed some food on the way to residence (Airbnb) and got my results by 11:00 pm all set to start our visit the next day. Beaches weren’t this empty as in your video however it was pretty sparse. Great time, highly recommend if you can get there now. You won’t be disappointed!

Soooo glad you enjoyed it! This was filmed in April if I'm not wrong. There where no Tourists on the island anymore at the time and the locals were recommended not to leave home, except for essentials a/o exercise . It's indeed not as quiet anymore but at the same time far from what it used to be. Again, so glad to hear your feedback and that you had a good time!!

I have walked this area hundreds of times over four decades and never saw it so empty, although it was close to this just after 9/11/2001 . Thanks for this video!

Thanks for watching George - Yes it was the only other time that flights were halted. This has been way worse though although we are open again with a limited amount of flights to start out with. Let's hope it picks up soon, stay safe!

Some how YT knew that I came back from Aruba yesterday. Nice to see your video. Even better to see that Aruba is starting to return to normal. As usual had a great and relaxing time. TY all in Aruba who keep the "one happy island" a truism. Thinking I will be back in May, and hoping you have a prosperous high season (which is a time when I don't plan to visit)

I've watched a few videos of Aruba and they are all so quiet with nobody on the beach.... I wonder why? ... it makes me want to go even more because it's so calm and private feeling

This one was filmed during the initial Covid Lockdown in early 2020. It’s different now but still not too crowded. I actually think it’s perfect.☺️
