In fact, Russia will not recognise Arunachal Pradesh because the 1971 Indo-Russia treaty recognised Arunachal Pradesh as disputed territory in favour of Communist China. India must recognise Tibet as an occupied country since India’s claim over Arunachal Pradesh is the result of the Simla convention of 1913-14 when independent ceded Tawang region to British India! FACE THE FACT AND HISTORICAL PRECEDENT TO MAKE ARUNACHAL PRADESH A BONAFIDE TERRITORY OF INDIA!
