They took permission,if PG owner belived that this is wrong Than still there is a waring to be given or there is always parent who can scold them else collage principles but what PG owner took Rule in his hands,who give him right to beat or GUN point I may say PG license should be cancel than owner and those 5 people should be punish *Section 307*

Due to lack of higher education in Arunachal our Arunachalee students compel to go to other states for higher studies. I request Arunachal govt to functionalise Arunachal State University Pasighat which will be the lone state university in our state. Rajiv Gandhi University(RGU) is a central university,it alone can't accommodate such a large students in limited seats. So Arunachal State University,Pasighat will reduced the burden of RGU and no students will go to other states for higher studies. I request AAPSU and other students organization to demand for quick functionalise of Arunachal State university Pasighat

This is so unfair, the owner must be punished They don't have right to gun point or beat anyone , if the boys had done mistake or crime they must take or inform to police , pg owner is taking law in his hand , this is severe crime,we can't tolerate this. sab Arunachale ladka,ladki badmash hai toh mar dega usko??? I have never been to shillong, and was hoping to study there. But after seeing and hearing this video i dont feel like i would ever be able to study there.
