Supreme Court adjourned Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's petition challenging the stay on his bail. The court posted the matter for hearing on Wednesday. Kejriwal has approached the Supreme Court challenging the order passed by the Delhi High Court on June 21 staying the trial court's order which granted him bail in a money laundering case linked to a now-scrapped excise policy. The top court told advocate Abhishek Singhvi that if it passes any order on CM Kejriwal's plea against HC’s stay order, it will be prejudging issue. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on June 21 had moved the Delhi High Court to challenge the bail granted Kejriwal.
