I'm wiser now. Skipped to the last and true to Douyin style dramas, the scriptwriter tries to make the ML as the winner in the end. This ML did not deserved it. He killed his own unborn child, he tortured his wife and in the end the person who truly loved the FL, the SML, made the ultimate sacrifice. What made this story from bad to worse is that other than realising his guilt, the ML never really change. There is no retribution, you don't see him suffer for years, he is still as arrogant as ever. I don't know what you made of the ending, it's an open to interpretation, the possibility of the FL and ML getting back together - Fuck that. Gave the FL a third male lead, a reincarnated version of the SML, Dr Gu who is now a CEO of a hospital or better, 3 adorable chubby, flurry cats, would be much much better option than that emotional stunted geezer of a ML. Also, scriptwriters... You people sucks!
Drama sucks all right.This promotes bad morales - the ML and the rich did all sorts of crimes but easily got away and were not punished by law. Is the CHinese system so bad? Thumbs down for this drama. Another stupid spineless woman who should reap what she sows. All she knows to do is beg and cry and keep asking forgiveness from her Lover, the source of all bad things done to her. How to feel sorry for her when she destroyed the character 2 ML who was devoted to her. . FL should have asked for more momney for compensation from husband which she could have used for donating to good causes besides buying small hospital for the doctor. ANd its ridiculous that small hospital only costs 200 million -- should be 10 x the price. Both ML and FL the drama tries to depict as heroes but they are not. Finally the youngest Male love interest who sacrificed his own heart to save her, is the biggest hero of the story. Saddest part is his life == he is epitome of love and goodness whereas the ugly ML is the epitome of evil and cruelty -but this drama made the ugly ML the star of the show.
Omfg I hate the ending just when we were getting somewhere it ended like that, and the fucking ML getting back at everyone as if he wasn’t also someone who tortured her repeatedly, stop because where is the law or idk anything shouldn’t he be charged for murder, imprisonment, fuck being married, even that has limits of what a couple can actually do to eachother. This is not worth the watch, waste of time, just abuse and abuse and right when you think “oh now the FL might have the upper hand”, it ends. We don’t even get a bullshit scene of the ML begging for a second chance (even though he should not get one). Like in the other short dramas.

Страшная история. Мерзкий муж, ведущий себя как подонок и не верящий словам жены. Ещё более омерзительная его семья. Жуть. Жаль мальчика, влюблённого в неё.
How can a husb hate his wife so much? He completely distrust his wife and let all the evil members in the family bully her. She shud not go back to him or else he will start his nonsense again. She should stay away from this family.

This is a tragic love story of the 2ML and the FL sad the ML should donate his heart for atonement of his maltreatment and cruelty then the 2ml & fl should live happily that I if I were the scriptwriter 😭😭😭😭😭

Am starting to think there are forces behind this scripts, to keep women at their lowest psychologically. Where is there no script of a suffering wife who divorces a cheating husband to find true love in another worthy Ceo??? This has got to be the most disgusting, distasteful drama I have seen this year. Who would write such a sadistic ,cruel load of crap like this ...and who would even want to produce it ? The most vile characters and the most disgusting people all in one drama...😢 The one who gave us life for her is the only redeemable person in this ..Even the doctor should have informed the police had had these creatures locked up . Do not watch this if you have triggers and hate villains going free, He should of gone to prison for stabbing her ....
