As a Witness in a Trial 

This video is a product of a course work made by 4 students of Laurea University of Applied Sciences (Ekaterina Nikitina, Mirkka Helkkula, Tarek Abdrabo, Tero Jyrhämä) in collaboration with the National Courts Administration (Tuomioistuinvirasto) to research and improve witnesses’ customer experience in Finnish courts. The work was done utilising design thinking and service design methods. We’d like to thank all the interviewees and the personnel of the National Courts Administration for their invaluable contribution to the project.
