At first I thought to do the same. However, I suggest you definitely watch that episode. Because the power of that love story is clearly understood from those episodes.
Sigh. This is getting ridiculous. Forty episode series and Ep 35 and no reconciliation. At this rate, they will have been broken up for about the same amount of episodes that they were officially together. At this pace, we will be lucky if we get 2 to 3 of them officially a couple again before the show ends.
😂😂the movie is realistic...in real life you won't just forgive someone that hurt you You can't just jump into a relationship like nothing happened... everyone heals at different rate and time It's easy to forgive but to forget is hard ... you can never understand someone pain or hurt until you experience Trust is needed and it was broken
@ogechijohnson1542 I stand by my previous post. This is a drama where everything is dramatized, unlike in real life where a few words would have solved the issue. We are fast approaching the end of the show, it would be nice to have a reconciliation sooner rather than later so that we can enjoy some happy time with the couple .

These final episodes of any of these Chinese drama's leave a lot to be desired they stretch the story which is totally unnecessary. If the viewers have spent their time vesting an interest in the drama and want the happy ending between the ML and FL then you should give it to them and we should NOT have to wait until the final one, it is far to rushed and leaves more questions than those already answered. If the drama has to end on a bad note then so be it because art imitates life the way life imitates art. When you put together the calibre of such phenomenal actors as these two please don't rob them. They and we deserve better. It happens over and over again. Sitting through 50 and more episodes is a dedication to how much the fans have loved the shows. I stuck with Princess Agents and was appalled at the ending but then was told season 2 was coming it is still coming so I feel robbed of my time. I watched over and over again Love Like the Galaxy one of the finest shows I have ever seen but even there the final episode SUCKED. We the fans wanted a big wedding with all the drums and whistles we wanted a look inside their happy ending and we were robbed. I am still salty over that one. However I am heaping praise on THE DOUBLE outstanding does not cover enough of how good this show was. From the start to the finish drama of the year for me. Take note writers If a show as hugely popular as what Game of Thrones was was ripped apart for the last season and fans deserted it in droves then any show can have that happen. The Story of Yanxi Palace brought me here and I have bought and downloaded a lot of shows. Please just take care of the endings
