Here, when Ji Xing thinking about Han Ting already passed away, at that exact moment she is realising what exactly Han Ting meant about love, at the end of his life when he will look back and understand what his love meant for her. She realised then. I believe this is the moment she also pass away peacefully with serene heart as Han Ting is waiting her. She passed away within 3 months (I forget actually about the time length but it's in between 1 to 3 months ) of Han Ting Demise, as per the novel. Sad but this part was given as extra is to let us know the depth of Han Ting's definition of love. But best thing is, they ended it in a different timeline where they still exist and in their prime, just like their first meet. Loved Xu Kai & Seven Tan.
This is a happy ending for me. Atleast I know, they're both in each other side even after marriage. No divorse, bo cheating. I mean, death is normal to human. What makes a story not a happy ending is when you constantly being mistreated, cheated, hurt and the person you love doesnt love you back. I'm happy that they love each other even after marriage, till death do them part.
i consider "as beautiful as you" is a full circle drama. it is so savvy, sweet, lovely and touchy at the same time. especially as it went towards the ending episodes. the end scene of the bonus episode has literally made me bawling. it was the scene when han ting held the "forgiveness card" cause he broke a promise to ji xing. a promise of not leaving the world prior to her departure. gosh, it hit me hard cause the day before the episode was released, i had a chat with my daughter about the similarity of a gift that her belated father gave me during our dating period. the one we talked about was the 3d figurine craftmanship of han ting, ji xing and dahuang. her father gave me a similar thing, but then i had a laugh with her because it was not my type to receive that kind of romantic 3d figurine craftmanship gift, since i am kind of logical person. long story short, her dad passed away suddenly due to heart attack. he left so sudden, without any signs. it still hurt me hard, it made me angry, it made me sad, because he ruined my dreams, hopes especially to our daughter. still we hang on limply. but then that forgiveness card hit me hard. it felt like as he's the one that came and proposed his apology. if only i can accept the apology fully, but i can't deny that there is still the roller-coaster emotions. hopefully it can be a full circle too.

This drama is indeed a complete experience, from daily life challenges to success, the romance and the love chemistry, to family and all that even the death brought me to believe that this drama is the cruel reality cos no matter the depth of love, death is still not afraid to visit. It's indeed a sweet -sour feeling.
So far, I have seen 3 dramas of Ku Kai & 6 of Tan Song Yan. Both are very professional & give the audience a great time watching their dramas. They both have a special chemistry & hope to see them again in another drama. ❤
A beautiful story of love & understanding & building a beautiful relationship between Han Ting (Ku Kai) & Ji Xing (Tan Song Yan). Happy the story continued to confirm they had 2 boys. I think the writers of the story had to continue that he passed away b4 her, to show the forgiveness card.
Beautiful and Happy ending. Chemistry is strong and their love is very strong. I've seen other romance movies of Xu Kai or Seven Tan with other actors but there not as good as Beautiful as you. I've been crying since I see the episodes. I wish to see them again on next romantic movie. They both have excellent acting skills. Life & Death is unpredictable & cannot be controlled. Either JX goes off first or HT. So, enjoy & cherish the moments together as much as possible. At least, HT went off first when he's already old. Til they meet again in the other world. That's life. 😊
I never saw that come actual i dont even know if its happy ending or sad ending but actually i cant stop crying because i didnt expect Hang ting will die the more sad i am the more it remind me that we arent hear to stay longer in this world one day will have to live our loved ones and its so heartbreaking 😢 . I wish i should have not watched this series because am sad and the most funniest thing 😂is that am actually crying xu kai and tang song they really made me cry😭😭 i never thought that one day i have to cry watching this kind of drama it really made my day😅 and it tells us that we should always cherish the good memories with our family. I must say xu kai and tang song are brilliant actors and they deserve a reward in this drama😁
I didn't see Han Ting's death and him holding the forgiveness card coming😭 They should have shown us the grown up sons with their mom atleast to give us hope and minimize some of the emotional damage😭 Atleast at the very end they put us back to when they were young almost as if to say that we stay young longer and that's the part of Ji Xing and Han Ting's life that the audience should focus on as the story's ending.
I watched this episode many time to finally letting go this both characters.. ..and everytime i cried to understand this is over 😭😭 What a acting and what a drama ...
