Honest opinion. Patty makes for a better showman than a vocalist when it comes to a live performance. Now I know that vocals come out different when mixed for a cd. But I much prefer his recorded voice over his live voice. Not to take anything away from him because he is an amazing vocalist. But I think he should tone down the stage theatrics a bit. But hey. He's the one making the big bucks so what he does is working. Just an opinion
Patty probably earns like, 50k a year at most, maybe a little more from touring, but I doubt it. Hell, that might even be overblowing it. As It Is may be like, a mid-size name in pop-punk, but in Alt Music in general or just Music as a whole, they're pretty tiny. I doubt they've ever played a show that they headlined for more than 500 people outside of warped. None of their songs have charted on any charts or really received any significant airplay, and neither of their records are certified in any country. As a whole, they're successful, but they're not exactly rich. They need a big breakthrough before that happens.
Harry Phillips Yeah, they only played a 2500+ headliner very recently. Typically bands need support from their family and 2nd jobs in order to break even for their first few years on tour.
