The biology book I have said that collagen has a tertiary structure which is the chain twisted into a second helix, I'm confused now 😓 otherwise I found the rest quite informative x

At 1:39 what do you mean by each in the shape of a helix? Are each othe polypeptide chains in collagen an alpha helix secondary structure or???... plsss reply, ive got a test in a few days and im reallly confused.
