I was looking for this comment. His first album was so good because he didn’t overdo those stupid Amanpiano beats. This last album though, not so much. You can’t even move to them. Just all over the place. I was at a club here in Dallas TX and the Dj played like 3 Amanpiano type pako pako beats and it ruined the whole mood. I don’t see the appeal at all. It actually destroys music. Lonely at the top is doing well because it’s just straight Afrobeats music. Afrobeats got to where it is with basic sweet melody. This is why TIMELESS was a success.
He has kept Nigerian artists on their toes, even Amapiano originators are placed on their toes, too. He is telling them Upgrade or else downgrade themselves hahahahahah

Okay, this is the song that finally made me appreciate this guy called Asakę ❤. The lyrics composition and delivery is just 👌🏽. And the infusion of those Yoruba analogies, no translation can do justice to it, because statements like “won ti ge Asakę l’eti lo” fits perfectly into that verse so much and can only be appreciated best as a Yoruba language speaker (or someone that is well versed in its understanding). Bravo and best of luck in the industry 🎉.

This music is too sweet. It has this Kegites Club's background sound feeling. If you are attending, or attended, any university or higher institution in Nigeria, you will understand what I mean. The feeling you get from this music is indescribable.
