Hi, I'm actually not sure and I don't have a way to measure... But I've been playing for many years and I like having different kinds and different sizes. I used to only play very very small Asalatos, now I play what I'd call medium. But the most important parameter is the rope length. I hope that helps 🙏
Thank you! There's a whole course on Udemy, super cheap and A LOT of comprehensive tutorials like this one :) Beginners: www.udemy.com/course/beginnerasalato/?referralCode=8E4C0DB8C504921E3937 Advanced: www.udemy.com/course/the-asalato-advanced-techniques/?referralCode=6DF00554BD365934B78A
This was the breakthrough lesson for me. You're a great teacher, much better than some others. Thank you so much. Ex drummer, it's been a long time, going to persevere and try to bring joy to a few people without lugging a kit around. Realising how utterly wooden my left side has become, but hey, at 64 perhaps I can still learn to just relax and allow it to happen. And I've only been going less than an hour. Fascinating watching muscle memory develop. Hope to be practicing as I walk the dog around the park in maybe a couple of months. All the best to you.
Hi Nick, thank you very much. I definitely got a lot of practice while walking the dog, taking out the trash or waiting for a bus :) Check out my full courses on Udemy, they're super affordable and comprehensive: Beginners: www.udemy.com/course/beginnerasalato/?referralCode=8E4C0DB8C504921E3937 Advanced: www.udemy.com/course/the-asalato-advanced-techniques/?referralCode=6DF00554BD365934B78A
