I don't understand why some people are complaining that she doesn't sound like Len or Rin in this song, it's not being sung by Len, it's being covered by Asami. This is her voice so stop complaining. :/
To those wondering, Asami Shimoda isn't even TRYING to sound like Len (maybe by a bit, she might be visualizing Len when singing but this is definitely not even enar her Len voice from the advertisement). This is her usual voice, and at most is just Rin's voice. There's a proper Len voice of Asami Shimoda doing Len in a commercial or something that shows Rin and Len doing an advertisement for Asami Shimoda and are just Figures of Rin and Len being carried and played around by Asami Shimoda, in that vid she has a proper Len voice and switches between this normal voice (which is Rin's) and a deeper voice for Len's

It's up to her if she wants to go Len or Rin tone, but since it's a Len song, there's a certain level of expectation of hearing a Len tone instead, but my comment is not an attempt to critisize her tone, I merely pointed out she's not even trying out a Len, and that she can do a proper Len voice, just not in this one I posted this comment just to say that her Soundless Voice is barely trying to be Len because its probably hard to keep the tone while singing, it's not criticising the different tone itself
When I listened to this for the first time, I thought "why would Asami sing in her natural voice? She could have sung this in her Len's voice right?". I was really upset and decided I won't listen to this again. But after 2 years, I finally could appreciate Asami's voice properly. Asami has a beautiful voice, and I think singing in her natural voice helps her to sing this song in the "right mood". I mean, try to sing an emotional song in your opposite natural pitch, just like how Asami is naturally high pitched but has to sing lower to sound like Len. It's hard, isn't it? So in my opinion, Asami made a good choice to sing this in her natural voice. She sounds good either way, doesn't she?

I just found out she is Len and Rin there voices only they changed her voice so that's why you can't hear it it's Len and Rin X3 but I still love her voice

Len-kun fangirls don't worry if len's voice provider is a girl anyway we're not in love with the voice provider but len kagamine himself ^w^ so don't be suprised if u found out she's the voice actress of rin and len :D
I agree. Not just because this song is originally a Len song, but because I personally think this song in general sounds better with the lower tones. It just sounds more melancholic with Len's lower pitch of voice which better fits the mood of the song.
I don’t hear len :( I just hear a fangirl I know she’s the voice provider but obviously they auto tune the actual len so this sounds like I really nice girl with an amazing voice
Listen to Asami Shimoda's cover of "Rin Rin Signal", she used both her Rin and Len voice there without any edits or autotune (and you could actually hear both of them!)
